Back-up Photographer: Atty. Raymond Fortun

Contact Number: PM me
Peso Power: Php5,000

We had so much fun shooting with Atty. Fortun. My kwela family had fun posing for him and he had fun posing with everybody as well. Super bait, quiet at work but very dedicated to what he is doing. We booked him mga 3 weeks before the wedding and I even thought I won't have a back-up photographer na because it was not really part of the budget. My mom then asked me if I want, she'll ask our trusted photographer Mang Domeng to take pictures during the wedding. Not that I don't like Mang Domeng, but mas madami na new photographers and his style was really old school. I told my mom about Atty Fortun and she said yes.

I requested him to go early since the call time of the smartshot team is at 1PM, and he arrived early talaga. He brought with him an apprentice so i had 5 photographers in all. Night before he informed me about the apprentice and told me not to worry about her as he'll take care of her food. But since i did order extra, I told him not to worry anymore and that it's ok for him to bring her along.

He worked behind the Smartshot team but he got equally cool photos. He was able to post photos immediately which was nice since a lot of relatives and friends abroad got to view the pictures a day after the wedding pa lang.

We considered a lot of suppliers to cover our wedding, but when i met Sir Lito at a bridal fair, i knew i can let go of my "want" to hire threelogy and mimi and karl as we were in good hands with the Smart Shot team. I know they don't come up with Onsite Video's na super ganda but we also knew that if we tell them what we want and how we want it done, they'ld be able to come up with a great onsite. And they sure did! Plus the pictures they took are AWESOME!

Never had a problem with them. We had our PreNup pictorial, December 24 and even if it was a few hours before Christmas and party pa nila, the photog assigned to us never rushed us. I actually picked him up more than an hour late pero you can't hear him complain. They came early nung wedding day even if our agreed call time was 1PM. They brought with them the digital guestbook na super ganda din. Si Sir Lito lang ang dumating ng 1PM but that was fine since that was also the only time I got dressed and was ready for pictorials. I got super comfortable with them and when I told them of my idea to shoot sa boxing ring ng gym, super game sila lahat. It was a great experience. Im not really good at posing and emoting but they got the best out of me and dino. I didn't even have to tell them of what wedding details ang gusto ko may picture. When I got the DVD of pictures from them, i was super happy because lahat ng details may kuha.

When the onsite was played during the reception, everybody was just cheering. We have been getting good feedbacks also about the onsite from friends here and abroad. Feeling daw nila talaga they were able to attend the wedding. That was what we wanted naman talaga. Everyday, i watch our onsite. I think that's the same naman with everyone else. Love your own talaga. When you visit their website, you'll see the PacBride as the background. teehee! I was shocked when I saw it. Even if it was just my back, ako pa din yun!

Im still not done sorting our pictures. Our next problem is on selecting the pictures for the album. Excited na kami makita ang album and I know it's going to be really nice based pa lang sa mga albums ng Smart Shot.

i have always thought i want to get a service of a back up photographer that could come earlier during the preps since my main photog is arriving at 1PM. i got in touch with one but since i can't find the budget for him, i was not able to confirm immediately of us getting his services. not till the other night.

mommy: "gusto mo kunin ko si mang domeng to take pictures sa wedding?"
me: "huwat? si mang domeng?" (gosh, sineryoso pala ako ng nanay ko about getting mang domeng).
mommy: "oo. mag picture-picture lang sya dun. ako na bahala sa kanya."
me: "if gusto mo, i know a photographer. yun na lang kunin mo."
mommy: "magkano?"
me: "******" (syempre ayaw ko disclose sa inyo).
mommy: "sure ka? magaling?"
me: "opo! magaling talaga. walang sinabi si mang domeng"
mommy: "sino yan?"
me: "si ___________________"
mommy: "talaga? o sige."

i immediately got in touch with the said photographer to check if he was still available on January 6. after i knew he was, i called my main photog to get his permission of me getting a back up photographer. he didn't have any problems with it and last night i received the contract from the photographer. weebee. after lunch, im off to the bank to send our downpayment.

let me introduce to all, our back up photographer....Atty Raymond Fortun. check out his multiply account to know that he is not only a kick a** lawyer but a kick a** photographer as well.
