Tita Gervy's cake is really AMAZING! Other than being affordable it is super yummy. We served the cake and yet we still brought home a lot and my got to give out cakes to relatives going back to Nueva Ecija and she brought some to work too.
I only met up with Tita Gervy once. My sister and i went to her house for cake tasting. I showed her the martha stewart cake that we liked and she showed us a cake topper she had to use for another wedding. I personally loved the cake topped and when i showed dino a picture of the same cake topper, he liked it too. Ending, he bought the cake topper online, i emailed tita gervy of the final design, and sent her money for downpayment. A week before the wedding, I brought the cake topper to her house and then from a three layer cake, we changed it to 4 layers. She gave us two loaves of carrot cake too. The one was suppose to be for me and my sister, but we never saw it and someone might have taken it. The other one we gave as a prize.
When we entered the pavilion, and saw our cake...i knew that I didn't go wrong in picking Tita Gervy. We had leftover cake the day after the wedding during the dinner at our house with a few relatives and super sarap talaga ng cake. Take note, our family (relatives included) loves pastries and super pasado ang cake ni Tita Gervy.
